Clinton is proud to have been selected a DREAM community in
2007 by Gov. Matt Blunt.
DREAM stands for Downtown Revitalization and Economic
Assistance to Missouri.  Through DREAM, many services are
received that would not normally be available to small
communities.  We have just completed a Visitor's Survey,
Telephone Survey of Residents, a MAP Reference Handbook and
are currently working on a financial assistance analysis.  A Retail
Market Analysis is scheduled soon.
