Calendar of Events
Saturday, March 22: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, 7-11 a.m.  Sponsored
by the Start/Interact Students at the Rotary Building.  $5 Adults, children $.99.  At 10
a.m. the
Easter Egg Hunt on the Courthouse Lawn will begin.  There are
four age groups and kids are asked to bring their own baskets.

April 3-5: Wheelbarrow Days, will reflect the history and heritage of our
community while drawing attention to the Spring opening of the Henry County Museum.
 The Museum's opening display this year is about businesses in Henry County and is
entitled, "The Way They Worked."  There will be

Displays,"
 Best-Decorated Wheelbarrow Contest, Wheelbarrow Days
Tee-Shirts
for sale during the week of March 31-April 5. Sidewalk Sale will be April
3-5 and on Saturday, April 5, there will be
Historic Building Walking Tours, Living
History Demonstrations and Old-Fashioned Kids Games
.  The Tours will be about
30 minutes and will begin on the hour, 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.  They will leave from the
Museum.  The Living History Demonstrations will be around the Square and the Kids
Games will begin at 10 a.m.  Game participants are asked to donate a can of food to
the Samaritan Center Food Pantry.  
Come downtown and enjoy the past!

The parade begins with the Mayor lighting the square at 6 p.m.
