Once you choose which location will work best for you, we can set up a site inspection to help make the final step, booking the property, a snap for you!

MEDIA RELATIONS
We can distribute news releases that you provide to local media contacts or share those contacts with you.

OFFICIAL CITY WELCOME
We treat our visitors with hometown hospitality. Depending on the length and size of your event, we offer a variety of services:

A representative from the CVB or the city can welcome attendees at your opening session, hospitality suite or banquet.

We can provide a “Welcome to Clinton” banner to be displayed at host hotels.

We can sponsor a cookies-and-punch reception for your attendees.

We can offer an on-site information booth to provide brochures, maps, itineraries and other information.

We can place welcome letters and small appreciation gifts in individual guest rooms for each motor coach group.

We can deliver free “goodie bags” for all conference attendees.

TOUR COORDINATION
You will find plenty to do and see in Clinton outside of meetings. Let us help you plan activities for the folks traveling with your delegates or after-hours activities for your attendees.
