Assistance to Missouri.  Through DREAM, we have received many
services to help our community expand our economic
development efforts.  Jeremy Hayes, consultant with PGAV
Urban Planning, has given us the results from the Community
Telephone Survey, a MAP Reference Handbook, a Financial
Assistance Review, and a recently completed a Retail Market
Analysis.  The purpose of these studies and surveys is to give up
a completed Downtown Master Plan in 2010.  PGAV is also going
to help us with marketing and planning for new signage.
